1 . We will contact you to determine whether we can create the product and to discuss the production period.
*We reserve the right to refuse requests due to congestion or other reasons.2 . We will provide you with an estimate of your request.
If you are satisfied with the amount, we will begin rough sketch production.3 . We will produce a rough sketch (up to a color rough sketch) based on your request and materials.
We will make an unlimited number of revisions at this stage.
If you cancel your request after the rough draft is submitted, we will charge you a fee based on the progress of the project.4 . Once the design is finalized, we will invoice you via PayPal before proceeding to the final draft, so please provide us with an email address to which we can send the invoice.
You may choose to pay in a lump sum or deposit 50% of the price.Once we have received your payment, we will start the finalizing process.5 . After completion, please check the finished illustration.
We will respond to you free of charge as long as it is not a major modification, such as a major change in pose, or adding a new item. (such as correcting the color of each part, changing the thickness of the legs, etc.)
